XP-IIe High Pressure Shutdown
The XP-IIe high-pressure shutdown works with all Bowie, Roper, T&E and other style pumps. It is an electronically operated safety switch and an alternative to hydraulic driven pumping systems. It works in conjunction with the electronic control module (ECM) on your transport truck through the run wire on the key. The XP-IIe is preset at operators recommended set limit, with ranges of 10-100psi. This system can be used in a loading and unloading applications without operator adjustments. If the truck pump exceeds the operators set limit the unit will signal the ECM to turn the truck off, shutting down the truck immediately. The XP-IIe is not a relief system, but an actual safety shutdown feature making it more practical to many operators. It is a completely sealed system therefore no transfer of fluid is needed. This means a leak free system as well as eliminating any issues with freezing, thus saving the environment and operator down time. The XP-IIe hooks up to any 12V ignition system and can be tied into any type of pumping application making it a very universal shutdown system. The digital display screen allows the operator to see the pressures they are pumping at and make adjustments if necessary. Since its arrival in February 08, operators have been impressed with the user friendliness of the system and have found no problems or complications. Ease of installation makes this unit simple and cost efficient to the operator. XP-IIe is PATENT PENDING. Calls about availability, installation or general questions about the XP-IIe can be answered by Bonness Oilfield Supply. (780) 384-2338
